Chimney & Dryer Vent Cleaning in Fort Mill, SC
Chimney sweeping, caps, and dryer vent cleaning in Fort Mill, SC. Over the line from Pineville, owner-operated out of Monroe.
How Fort Mill is built
Fort Mill grew fast off I-77. A lot of the stock is 1990sā2010s HOA construction: two-story homes, prefab fireplaces, vinyl chases, and long attic dryer runs. Older mill-town streets near downtown still have masonry chimneys. It is the South Carolina stop that sits on the same side of the metro as Pineville and Ballantyne, not a Rock Hill stretch.
Drive from the shop: Just over the state line from Pineville and Ballantyne. Usually 35ā50 minutes from Monroe.
Streets we hear most: Baxter, Springfield, downtown Fort Mill, streets toward Tega Cay and the 160 / 21 corridor
What the work looks like in Fort Mill
The usual Fort Mill visit looks like Indian Trail: a dryer line from the appliance to the hood, a rusty galvanized chase top, or a sweep on a prefab that has had ten to twenty winters. Downtown masonry still shows up: missing caps and open flues. Regular customers on a set day are easy.
